Democracy of the membership

The principle of membership is one member one vote. The membership of the National Assembly is all registered members of the party. The National Assembly initiates all non-binding resolutions. Its approval is required for all resolutions and bylaws. The National Assembly is vested with the constitutional authority of the Federalist Party. It and it alone can change the party’s constitution. The Assembly votes twice a year on the last three days of the months of February and August. The Leader of the Party can call special votes of the assembly for the last five days of any month.
